Each quarter, our Co-Founders meet with our Leadership Team in an offsite meeting, where they review upcoming projects as well as our business forecast.
During each of those meetings, everyone's input on the upcoming plans are considered and any necessary adjustments are made. With our Co-Founders and Leadership team in sync about the upcoming quarter, it's then time to present all of the details to the company.
