Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct aims to produce an environment that is inclusive, positive, and collaborative by guarding each person’s dignity and sense of security. Discrimination and harassment are expressly prohibited. Furthermore, any behavior or language that is unwelcoming—whether or not it rises to the level of harassment—is also strongly discouraged and will potentially be addressed through removal from our community. To ensure we maintain this positive space, please abide by the following guidelines:

  • Are a safe and respectful environment for all participants.
  • Are a place where people are free to fully express their identities.
  • Presume the value of others. Everyone’s ideas, skills, and contributions have value.
  • Don’t assume everyone has the same context, and encourage questions. Ensure that the relationships and conversations between community members remain respectful, participatory, and productive.
  • Provide an environment where people are free from discrimination or harassment.

Anti-harassment Policy

ConnectWise Partner Success is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for this community. Participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the group at the discretion of the organizers.

 

Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

  • Verbal comments that reinforce social structures of domination related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion.
  • Sexual images.
  • Deliberate intimidation or stalking.
  • Sustained disruption of discussions or other events.
  • Unwelcome sexual attention.
  • Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior.

 

Enforcement

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in harassing behavior, organizers retain the right to take any actions to preserve welcoming environment and community for all participants. This includes warning the offender or immediate expulsion from the group. We expect participants to follow these rules at all times. We believe people should follow these rules outside community activities too! Be a decent human being :)

 

Reporting

If someone makes you or anyone else feel unsafe or unwelcome, please report it as soon as possible. You can send a direct message, or you can also email partnersuccess@connectwise.com to file a complaint. Action will be taken immediately.
